2017 Reading Challenges

I enjoy doing challenges, not so much to push myself, more to keep me focused and to track my progress. I love making a list of books read and watching a progress bar grow! So, I'm going to do some challenges again this year.

Here's what I'm hoping to accomplish:

First, I joined the Goodreads Reading Challenge. That's the easiest one to join and do. Because you can read anything! It all counts. You can see my progress in the Goodreads Reading Challenge widget on my sidebar. --->

I've also signed up to do the Austenesque Lovers TBR Pile Reading Challenge 2017 hosted by Sophia Rose on Goodreads

I've signed up for the Marianne Dashwood Level (6 to 10 books) again. Hopefully, I can make it this year!

Books Read:

Undeceived by Karen M. Cox.
Pride, Prejudice, and Cheese Grits by Mary Jane Hathaway.
The Many Lives of Fitzwilliam Darcy by Beau North
Leap of Hope: Chance at an Austen Kind of Life by Shannon Winslow
A Peculiar Connection by Jan Hahn
All Night with Darcy: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by Jane Grix
The Abominable Mr. Darcy: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by J. Dawn King
Rumours & Recklessness: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by Nicole Clarkston
The Journey Home by Karen M. Cox
These Dreams: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by Nicole Clarkston
The Goodness of Men by Anngela Schroeder
A Thousand Letters by Staci Hart
Holidays with Jane: Thankful Hearts by Cecilia Gray, Rebecca M. Fleming, Jennifer Becton, Melissa Buell, Nancy Kelley, and Jessica Grey.
Mr. Darcy's Present: A Pride and Prejudice Holiday Vagary by Regina Jeffers.

Total: 14 books read! Woot! More than I thought I would get read!

Dystopian/Post-Apocalyptic stories are one of my favorite type of books. Last year I joined the Dystopia Reading Challenge 2016 hosted by Cornerfolds and My Soul Called Life. They have an awesome challenge going on with prizes and rewards. But they require a review with each book read, and I didn't get that accomplished. So, I'm just going to do my own challenge just to watch my progress. If I find myself writing more reviews, I'll join this year's challenge. If you're interested, I've attached the badge with a link for that challenge.

Dystopia Reading ChallengeI'm hoping to read at least 10 Dystopia/Post-Apocalyptic stories.
